Welcome to Blinds Are Up!, developed by Oakplay Ltd. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application ("Blinds Are Up!" or "the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").    Blinds Are Up! is a mobile application that offers users various functionalities and tools to help them run live poker games and manage their own poker leagues.

   The free version of the App includes advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the App, you agree to the placement of such advertisements.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

   1. Subscription Services: The App offers subscription options to remove advertisements and unlock extra features. Details of the subscriptions, including pricing and benefits, are provided within the App.
   2. Payment: All payments for subscriptions are managed through Google Play’s payment services. By subscribing, you agree to comply with Google Play’s terms and conditions.
   3. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.
   4. Refunds: Refunds are managed in accordance with Google Play’s refund policy.
   5. Price Increases: Oakplay Ltd. reserves the right to increase subscription prices in a reasonable manner to help support the ongoing development, maintenance, and user support of the App.

6. License
   Oakplay Ltd. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial and commercial purposes. You may not use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

7. User Conduct
   You agree not to:

   1. Use the App in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, or negatively affect other users.
   2. Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
   3. Modify, adapt, hack, or reverse engineer the App.
   4. Violate any local, state, national, or international law.

8. Privacy
   Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service.

9. Intellectual Property
   Unless otherwise stated, all content and materials provided by App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Oakplay Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
    The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Oakplay Ltd. does not warrant that the App will be fault free or operate uninterrupted or continuously.

11. Limitation of Liability
    In no event shall Oakplay Ltd. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if Oakplay Ltd. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Oakplay Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App.

    Oakplay Ltd. reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

14. Governing Law
    These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
